The Skills Pass platform allows eligible establishments to create an account and access the relevant tools needed to manage their candidates. Depending on the establishment type selected, organisations may be able to manage workers, students, internships, or other candidate-related processes through the platform.

Before registering, the establishment must select the correct entity type from MTA (Malta Tourism Authority) licensed establishments, Licensed Education Institutions and ELT Schools.

Once the request is submitted, the account will remain pending until it is reviewed by the Skills Pass Admin. After approval, the registered establishment administrator will receive login credentials by email.

IMPORTANT: Providing incorrect or misleading information may lead to account suspension, and a new registration may be required. Please ensure that all details and uploaded documents are correct before submitting the form.

  • The establishment can support candidates linked to the establishment once access is granted.

AfterSubmission

After submitting the registration form, the account will remain pending verification. Once approved, the registered administrator will receive login credentials by email and may proceed with the relevant actions available to the entity.

If incorrect information is provided, the account may be suspended and a new registration may be required.
