The Institute of Tourism Studies (ITS) issues all Skills Pass certificates in digital blockchain format. The blockchain certificate can be accessed using the Blockcerts Wallet App available on:

  • Google Play Store
  • Apple App Store

You may also download the certificate as a PDF, but the app is recommended for secure storage.

Email Notifications

You will receive two emails from “Skills Pass Certificates”.

First Email – Install Blockcerts Wallet App

This email invites you to download the Blockcerts Wallet App.

Installation is optional but recommended.

Second Email – Your Digital Credential

This email contains your .json certificate file.

It must be saved securely and backed up.

How to Add the Certificate to Your Wallet

  • Install the Blockcerts Wallet App
  • Open the second email on your device
  • Tap “Import My Credential”
  • Save the .json file as instructed
